Thanks for these recipes. I used to live in Japan, but I could always go to friend's houses or restaurants to eat good Japanese food. Now I live in LA, so I have to cook for myself and these recipes are great!!! Thank you again!

Thank you! I live in Canada but visited Nara over the summer. We stayed in Kankaso ryokan and loved everything about Japan...especially the food!
